Legal program gives peace of mind
Insurance is based on the concept of shared risk. We all pay a little bit each month, whether it’s to our health, auto or home insurance agent, hoping that we won’t need to use that coverage but grateful for the security it affords. (more)

Weight loss guidance offered at Diet Center
The nation’s obesity problem is not news. Most of us fight the Battle of the Bulge daily, mostly with mixed results, as obesity rates in Snohomish County continue to spiral upwards. (more)

The Jumbo Buffet Asian Grill and Sushi Bar, on the corner of Fourth Street and State Avenue in downtown Marysville, celebrated its grand opening August 20. Mayor Dennis Kendall cut the ribbon officially declaring the new Marysville restaurant open for business. Pictured in the doorway (from left) are co-owner Kevin Chenlam, manager Stephanie Yeng, Susan Chenlam and the mayor. This is the third Jumbo Buffet to open in the Puget Sound region, with other restaurants in Seattle and Oak Harbor serving both American and Chinese cuisine.
