Unique trellises made with common materials
Here at North County Outlook, we’re fortunate to have Carrie Harris, a very talented and creative graphic designer, on staff.
As spring peels back the layers of winter, we’ve learned that Carrie is also a talented and creative gardener, painter, decorator and baker.
For an early spring project, she decided to build some unique garden trellises out of small branches, vines and other materials she found in the yard.
With a deft touch, she crafted sturdy but whimsical structures for climbing vines and flowers.
“It was pretty easy,” said Harris modestly. “I just used what was there and had some fun.”
Feel free to adopt her designs and techniques for your own unique garden sculptures.
