Photo courtesy Arlington Public Library.The Arlington Public Library is celebrating poetry month, with works by the winners of the 2010 Arlington Eagle Festival Poetry Contest, held in February and sponsored by the Arlington Friends of the Library, on display. Fran Kaufman, author of "Seasons," and Jordyn Huot. who penned "Autumn Leaves," tied for first place in the Nature category. Ernest E. Currie won first place in the Wildlife category with his poem "The Eagle Has Come." E. Alex Credgington took second place in both categories with his poems "Tracks in the Snow" and "The Apple Tree."
