A woman has witnessed a murder... or has she? Is it just the fevered torment of a deranged psyche, or the work of a mastermind criminal? In true Hitchcockian style, the story reveals its truths slowly, with twists and turns at every crossroad.

Red Curtain Productions presents "Night Watch," a suspenseful thriller by Lucille Fletcher and directed by David Alan Morrison, at the Historic Everett Theatre for three weekends, January 28 through February 13, 2011. The theatre is located at 2911 Colby Avenue in downtown Everett.

Unable to sleep, Elaine Wheeler (played by Jennifer Michael, pictured right) paces the living room of her Manhattan townhouse, troubled by unsettling memories and vague fears. Her husband John (Thomas Glass) tries to comfort her, but when he steps away for a moment, Elaine screams as she sees the body of a dead man in the window across the way. The police are called, but find nothing except an empty chair.

Elaine's terror grows as, a few nights later, she spots a woman's body through her window, but the police are skeptical and pay no heed to her frantic pleas.

With her husband and a psychiatrist insisting that Elaine is delusional and in need of treatment, the plot moves quickly and grippingly as it draws toward its riveting and chilling climax.

Performances for "Night Watch" are set for Fridays and Saturdays, Jan. 28 through Feb. 13, at 8 p.m., with Sunday matinees at 2 p.m.

Advance tickets for the Hitchcockian thriller are priced at $15 for adults and $12 for seniors, students and military personnel, and are available 24 hours a day online at www.brownpapertickets.com or by calling 1-800-838-3006.
