Who could resist an evening of music with Captain Smartypants and Sensible Shoes?

The Evergreen Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (EUUF) Coffeehouse provides the setting for a unique evening of fun and music provided by ensembles that grew out of the Seattle Men's Chorus and Seattle Women's Chorus on Saturday, Feb. 12, at 8 p.m.

Captain Smartypants, a group of nine fun-loving male vocalists, tours the Pacific Northwest as ambassadors for the Seattle Men's Chorus. According to the website, the group has performed in venues across the country, "thrilling, delighting and alarming audiences" from Washington, D.C., to San Francisco.

Sensible Shoes is a pop and vocal jazz ensemble, a spin-off from the Seattle Women's Chorus, that combines great vocal delivery with fun, innovating staging.

The EUUF Coffeehouse is located at 1607-4th St. in Marysville. A $10 donation is suggested.
