The Red Curtain Foundation's spring session of adult acting workshops begins the week of April 17, with classes in Everett and Snohomish led by teacher and director Scott B. Randall.

Scott Randall On Sundays from 6 to 8 p.m., join other students onstage at the Historic Everett Theatre for a Rehearsal and Performance class. The 12-week session takes actors through the entire process of putting on a show, from a mock audition to full rehearsals, culminating in a public performance of short plays and monologues on July 17. Enrollment is limited to 15 students ages 15 and up.

Want to explore the nuances of comedic acting? Students in the Wednesday evening class, held 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at PacWest Performing Arts in Snohomish, will explore what it means to be funny onstage through the works of modern comedic playwrights as well as classic literature. Learn about comedic timing, dry humor and physical comedy. Class size is limited and intended for students over the age of 15.
