Free childcare to all first responders and health care workers in appreciation of their vital work in our community

In response to COVID-19, the needs of first responders, health care workers and school closings, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County is open and offering discounted all-day childcare. Free childcare to all first responders and health care workers in appreciation of their vital work in our community.

Many children face food insecurity and rely on schools for meals and snacks. The Boys & Girls Club is taking an active role in working with school districts to serve as a distribution site for schools to serve meals during school closures. “All of our clubs offer healthy meals and snack daily regardless of whether we are supported by school districts”, commented Marci Volmer, COO for the Boys & Girls Club of Snohomish County.

We offer high quality, all day educational programing that allows kids and teens the opportunity to explore a variety of programs and interests in a safe, supportive and FUN environment. Childcare is available at 16 of our clubs throughout the Puget sound area including Arlington and Marysville.

The clubs listed on the attached flyer have immediate openings for kids from the age of 5 to 13. The rates for all day childcare are $125.00 per week and there is no cost to first responders and health care workers.

The mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Snohomish County it to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County relies on federal funding, support from individual and corporate donors and countless volunteers to support our youth.
